We are a small, but diligent family run company here to make renting, moving, and managing a calm experience. Here we specialize in residential and smaller multi-family units in Placer and Sacramento county. Our whole motivation is to help our clients reach their full profit potential in a concise and smooth manner.
We are here to take the workload off the customer’s back in order to build a stress-free environment. We value honesty, punctuality, and integrity here at DA Property Management. Meet Dede

Dede Aguirre has been working as a real estate agent in the Sacramento area for over 20 years! Including 15+ years’ experience as a property manager for multiple commercial and residential complexes. Dede’s passion falls into searching for the perfect home for her clients because of how she was raised. Her father is a US Air Force Veteran which caused her to move to eight different states in elementary school to high school. From this point on she had an unordinary perspective on the power of moving. Changing homes every two years has helped Dede develop a keen eye for discovering the perfect home for all her clients. She understands how difficult and stressful moving can be at times. And is more than qualified to use her knowledge, skill, and perspective to create a stress-free environment when picking a home. Whether you are renting or moving to a more permanent location, she recognizes her prospective client’s needs and wants. Dede is a confident fearless agent with a great knowledge and understanding of the market. She will do everything in her power to get you into your perfect home!
